Red meat consumption has been the subject of many debates for different reasons. Experts in the health field have been encouraging people for many years to cut down on red meat consumption. But things have become even more challenging with a new report published by independent researchers based in seven different countries that seem to contradict stereotypes about the topic.

After re-examining previous scientific studies that relate diet to several diseases such as cancer, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, in the report it concluded that people have no reason to cut down on red meat.

It was advised by a panel of fourteen independent researchers from seven countries. Their conclusion was reached after determining that the evidence linking red meat to these diseases was uncertain, poor, and insufficient.

Indeed, they ” recommend ” adults to continue their regular consumption of red meat without any worries…
