In a recent Instagram post, Alec shared a photo of his freshly shaved face, signaling the completion of filming for “Rust.” He expressed his relief in parting ways with the character’s facial hair, which he had grown specifically for the Western film.
In the aftermath of the incident during “Rust,” Alec faced legal charges, including two counts of involuntary manslaughter. However, the recent revelation that these charges have been dropped brings a sense of closure to this distressing chapter. Throughout the ordeal, Alec maintained his innocence, asserting that he did not pull the trigger of the prop gun involved.
Transitioning from “Rust” to “Kent State,” Alec is now focusing on his personal life as well. The joyous news of his daughter Ireland’s pregnancy has bestowed upon him the role of a soon-to-be grandfather.
